Job descriptionStrategically plan and schedule inspections to keep operations running smoothly Lead initiatives and action plans to boost equipment reliability and performance Monitor KPIs closely, quickly identifying and resolving issues before they impact production Coach, mentor, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing, skilled team
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 8+ years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving expertise, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- In-depth knowledge of API codes (510, 570, 653) and extensive experience in maintenance, inspection, repair, and pressure safety devices
- Track record of applying reliability tools to drive operational improvements and optimize costs
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
