Entry-Level Recruiter Opportunity

As a Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with top employers, building relationships, and supporting the hiring needs of our clients. You'll receive hands-on training in sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the placement process. Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
- Post job openings and manage applicant flow through online job boards and social media.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and skill sets.
- Match qualified candidates with client openings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding, reference checks, and employment verifications as needed.
- Support account managers and senior recruiters with daily recruiting activities.
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is a plus!
