Senior Corporate Counsel

Mister Car Wash is rewriting the rules of the car wash industry. With over 500 locations across 21 states and a multibillion-dollar public footprint, we’re the largest and fastest-growing car wash brand in the country, and we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead the legal strategy behind our aggressive store expansion. This role is deeply rooted in commercial real estate law, supporting both greenfield development and acquisition of existing car wash operations. You’ll be the legal engine behind our growth, guiding complex real estate transactions, navigating zoning and portfolio challenges, and partnering across teams to deliver business-first legal solutions.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned attorney who thrives at the intersection of law and business. We’re seeking someone who can represent our company with integrity, collaborate across departments, and deliver legal guidance that protects the business while enabling it to move forward.

What You’ll Do :

Commercial Real Estate Transactions & Development

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, ground leases, easements, and sale / leaseback transactions.
• Lead diligence for new site development (title, survey, environmental).
• Oversee legal efforts in acquiring existing car wash businesses, including stock and asset purchase agreements.
