What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities. Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns within the location. Assist in emergency response activities as appropriate, communicating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as needed. Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential incidents and provide reassurance to staff, students, and visitors. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and others encountered during patrols and / or while on post. Minimum Requirements : Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
