The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data entry, order processing, and interpreting technical drawings, particularly within the glass or architectural materials industry. You will play a key role in accurately entering and maintaining order details to ensure smooth production and deliverywithout direct customer contact.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders accurately based on client and project specifications.
• Review and interpret shop drawings to confirm order details.
• Utilize Excel and CAD software to validate measurements and product information.
• Record and track delivery dates, locations, and special requests.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure production accuracy and deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of all orders and revisions.
