I-9 Administrator

As part of Mondel?z International Digital Services, you have leadership responsibility for a specific discipline that may include partnering with leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc. You are part of a team that delivers best-in-class service and value creation to their clients and that always strives for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the completion of I-9s Forms for all new hires and reverification of existing employees.
• Audit I-9 forms for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal guidelines.
• Maintain electronic and / or physical I-9 records according to retention and destruction requirements.
• Serve as the primary administrator for the company's I-9 Electronic System with E-Verify, including case creation, monitoring, and resolution.
• Provide training and guidance to HR staff, recruiters, and hiring managers on I-9 compliance and proper documentation procedures.
• Stay up to date on immigration and employment eligibility laws and communicate relevant updates to HR leadership.
• Assist in responding to government audits, inspections, or requests for I-9 documentation.
• Develop and implement processes to minimize compliance risk.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
• In the future may support People Experience Project Work.

Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
