Job Description

A diagnostic radiologist is a medical doctor specializing in interpreting medical images like X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasounds to diagnose and treat diseases. They use these images to identify abnormalities, monitor treatment effectiveness, and guide other medical professionals in making treatment plans.

Diagnostic Radiologist -

Pay Rate : $470 000-570 000

    • Overview :

  • Weekday (M-F) coverage onsite or remotely from 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm
  • Night service provides preliminary reads on weekdays from 10 : 00 pm-8 : 00 am daily for all modalities
  • Weekday call is 5 : 00 pm–10 : 00 pm for cross-sectional imaging only
  • Saturday and Sunday call is 8 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm, then back up to night service
  • Calls are rotated equally from day one
  • Calls are taken from home

    • Qualifications :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
  • MD / DO
  • Proficient in X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound & basic NM. Being skilled or trained in mammography is a plus (if an on-site position is accepted). No mammography coverage is required for a remote position.
