Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and technically strong Software / Embedded Program Manager to join their rapidly growing global team. In this role, you will be able to work on cutting-edge technologies and experiences that will transform the driving experience. The software PMs will report to the PMO Manager and will be responsible for managing multiple projects and customer interfaces.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and release high-quality software projects on time
• Drive the development and delivery of enabling technologies and innovative customer experiences
• Manage software delivery risks, requirements, and architectural convergence across teams
• Build strong relationships with technical experts, stakeholders, and senior leadership
• Experience in building a PMO and deploying project management processes
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects as the sole owner of all deliverables as well as problems
• Required Skills and Experience :
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a related industry
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking abilities
• Experience managing firmware suppliers and third-party development partners
• Prior software development and test experience with embedded applications, C / C++, MATLAB, or Python
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid Agile / Waterfall approaches
• Automotive software background and understanding of embedded systems
• PMP Certification is highly desired
• Automotive and ASPICE experience is a plus
• This is a customer-facing role, which requires an appropriate level of presentation skills
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred
