Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 13 years of experience in product marketing or GTM leadership roles. 5 years of experience with people management. Experience in developing, planning, and executing successful GTM campaigns for consumer-facing products. Experience in multi-channel marketing and communications, including social media, user communications, and paid media.
Responsibilities : Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new Waze features and product updates, aiming for a significant increase in usage and feature adoption. Collaborate with product teams to align GTM strategies with the product roadmap and ensure effective product launches. Drive user acquisition initiatives through paid evergreen campaigns in key markets, with continuous monitoring and optimizations. Manage budget allocation for various GTM initiatives, including local feature promotion, seasonal campaigns, community engagement and professional driver programs. Build a high-performing culture of collaboration and communication within Waze and the broader Geo organization.
