Job Title : Non-IT Project Manager

Job Description : Hybrid working schedule. Currently 2 days a week in office but expected to change to 3 days a week. More in office time may be needed at first for training.
- Assists in research, analysis, and implementation of new pricing accounts;
- Compiles and analyzes pricing issues, identifies root cause, and makes recommendations based on findings;
- Under direct supervision and guidance, this individual will be responsible for assisting customers with basic pricing structures;
- Completes reports and documents to suggest problem resolution, the promotion of industry standards, and provides best practice advice;
- Support more senior levels on pricing maintenance tasks;
- Requires efficient problem-resolution skills, obtains a meticulous knowledge of how pricing interfaces with UPG and Tran Manager;
Possess efficient contract maintenance practices that will support service level agreement requirements; and
Requires technical skills and good organizational / analytical skills;
Heavy work in Excel, experience in Excel is a must. Experience in LTL or TL freight is a plus. Should be able to analyze data.
Education requirement : High School plus some college preferred.
Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and / or revised products / services.
Acts as a project liaison with other departments.
Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings.
Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.
