- Responsible for process capability, cost reduction and continuous improvement project implementation within their designated manufacturing unit
- Provides specific engineering work related to field of expertise with broad overlap between engineering disciplines expected.
- Support capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates
- and process documentation. Ensures compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices,
- Implements work process for the manufacturing unit.
- Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.
- Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.
- Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
- Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
- Responsible for root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 3 years process engineering within high speed CPG or related product Manufacturing
- 2+ years in Plant process engineering experience
- Prefer experience out of a prestigious Fortune 500 Mfg company (Unilever, P&G, Energizer)
- Excellent communication and potential leadership skills
- Job Stability / no job hoppers
- No consultants / contractors
- This is a full time onsite plant position, no hybrid or remote
