Key Responsibilities
Process candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Oversee all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate records and candidate data in Workday and other systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
Strong organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities
Self-motivated with a knack for organization
