Location : Minneapolis, MN

Salary : $125K-$200K base + bonus + profit sharing

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for advocating for the rights of clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. This position involves representing clients in various personal injury cases and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial and settlement negotiations.
• Manage personal injury defense cases from start to finish, including premises liability, auto negligence, wrongful death, and foodborne illness matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in mediations and court proceedings
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Engage in depositions, mediations, and court appearances as necessary.
• Communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and explaining legal processes.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and share expertise.
