Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support a government consulting firm on a Navy project in a remote, full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop instructor-led, paper-based, and online training materials / products

Participate in visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and evaluation

Assist with reviewing products to ensure course flow and compliance with style guidelines

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with eLearning design / development

Experience with Adobe Captivate

Prior military experience is preferred

Graphic design experience is preferred

Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance
