Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Assist with medical procedures and ensure patient comfort.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
Support patients with mobility and physical activities.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid CNA certification and current CPR certification.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
Ability to provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Team player with a focus on individual accountability and success.
Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting.
Ability to monitor and document vital signs accurately.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
Adaptability in a results-oriented environment with measurable performance metrics.
Strong organizational skills to assist in care plan implementation.
