Review and interpret medication histories / profiles, assess patient adherence, and recommend adjustments to ensure safe and effective medication use.
Apply clinical pharmacy knowledge, considering pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, to optimize drug therapy and achieve positive health outcomes.
Address patient and provider inquiries promptly, offering clear and professional resolutions.
Accurately process, verify, and dispense prescriptions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Ensure medications are stored securely and under proper conditions at all times.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and compliant pharmacy environment.
Qualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and in person while maintaining a patient-focused approach.
Proven problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
Capable of working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
