Communications Team Leader

Role Overview : As the Communications Team Leader, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for crafting high-quality instructional documentation and eLearning content, focusing primarily on our internal audiences. You will play a vital role in guiding the team's efforts by utilizing your understanding of business priorities and documentation best practices to set clear delivery expectations and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the execution of a strategic plan for business communications, which includes creating enablement content, organizational announcements, work instructions, job aids, eLearning modules, and updates shared on our intranet.
• Edit and curate the internal e-newsletter.
• Craft messaging for senior leadership and assist with internal and external communications as directed.
• Collaborate with business owners to fully understand their documentation needs.
• Manage deadlines and update tracking systems to ensure timely delivery of documentation.
• Ensure documentation adheres to established standards and knowledge management procedures.
• Individually edit and create materials as necessary, maintaining high quality.
• Support team members in using software for document preparation, including Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Partner with Marketing to repurpose existing materials effectively.
• Review and edit materials submitted directly by other departments.
• Stay informed about business process changes, initiating revision cycles as needed.
• Oversee internal requests for documentation via email or tracking software.
• Prepare monthly reports on communication activities for leadership.
• Keep informed about trends in healthcare and communications technology.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $86,500 - $123,860. Actual salaries may vary based on location and relevant experience.
