Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Dayton Area. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales revenue, expand our customer base, and increase profitability for all HPC product lines in the Mid-west states. This involves developing and managing dealers.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Conduct weekly sales trips within the territory from Tuesday to Thursday.

Conduct customer sales calls and prospect calls while in the office.

Submit expense reports and weekly sales reporting.

Provide input on new product development and market strategies.

Support the company’s Lean initiatives and participate in Lean projects.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, both written and oral.
