MBS is hiring an Outside Territory Sales Manager in Dayton, OH. This position is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.

This candidate will primarily work remotely from anywhere in the Dayton, OH area .

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
• Identify and prioritize target accounts and develop a strategic sales plan for each account
• Conduct prospecting activities such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
