Scope of Responsibility
The IT Tech I will also install peripheral components such as monitors, keyboard, printers and disk drives. Other duties to include are loading prescribed applications including word processing, spreadsheets, etc. and instructs end users on use of equipment and software.
Responsible to the Information Technology Manager
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred
- Training and Experience
- 2-5 years of experience working with computer system in a local area network preferred
- Experience in healthcare setting desired
- CompTIA A+ certification desired
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, pictured audio / visual experience, preferred basic programing skills preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of employees, management, physicians, and outside sources
