Lead Business Systems Specialist

A company is looking for a Lead Business System Specialist Part Time in the Retirement Plans division.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and deployment of business systems for Retirement Plans

Act as a subject matter expert for report generation and troubleshooting system issues

Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to enhance system functionalities and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years of experience in retirement plan and business system analysis

Experience with Relius Administration (FIS) and Report Runner for Crystal Reports (Jeff-Net)

Proficiency in BluePrism (RPA) is required; SQL experience is preferred

Familiarity with PowerBI, Salesforce, and / or STATA is strongly preferred
