Ryan Transportation and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a Freight Auditor. This position is responsible for working directly with customers, carriers, and brokers to answer questions, address issues, and solve problems. The Freight Auditor will focus on using company resources to audit freight invoices, execute billing, and drive internal efficiencies. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, critically minded, and thrive in a team environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform freight audit and payment on freight brokerage business accounts
• Use multiple software platforms to complete the auditing process and provide client solutions
• Find ways to use company software and technology to provide client solutions and develop internal efficiencies
• Communicate with carriers to get necessary paperwork in a timely fashion
• Answer inbound phone calls and provide status updates to inquiries
• Learn company operations for the brand and various internal departments
• Other duties as assigned
