Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate technical solutions for automating vulnerability remediation

Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams to manage vulnerabilities

Convert detected vulnerabilities into actionable and trackable tickets in ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow integration

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow SecOps management

Knowledge of ServiceNow vulnerability response

Experience in managing ServiceNow workflows

Familiarity with vulnerability management is a plus
