Location : Austin, TX (10–20% Travel)

They’re looking for a Project Controls Lead to own the master schedule and delivery roadmap across multiple large-scale data center builds. You’ll be the strategic partner ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and in sync — from design through delivery.

The position

The Project Controls Lead will :

• Lead and mentor project controls teams across regions.
• Integrate design, procurement, and construction schedules into unified plans.
• Manage change orders, claims, and schedule recovery strategies.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize execution and mitigate risk.
