I’m partnering with a leading global AI infrastructure company that designs and builds high-performance GPU data centers powering some of the most advanced AI systems in the world. Their customers include top AI labs, governments, and enterprise innovators — and they’re now expanding their footprint.
We’re seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead large-scale, high-density data center builds from the ground up. This role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a direct impact on cutting-edge AI infrastructure projects.

The position
- Oversee full-cycle execution of greenfield and brownfield data center construction projects.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and trades to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to spec.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Drive a zero-incident safety culture across all site operations.
- Coordinate CSA and MEP trades; proactively resolve issues in the field.
- Track progress, costs, and resources; prepare reports and recovery plans where needed.
- Oversee QA / QC, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Partner with internal design, procurement, and operations teams for seamless handoffs.
- Administer construction contracts from award to closeout.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.7+ years managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.Strong understanding of CSA and MEP construction, procurement, and cost controls.Proven success delivering complex, fast-track builds across multiple locations.OSHA 30 (or equivalent); working knowledge of NFPA 70E, local codes, and permitting.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to read BIM / Revit and interpret IFC packages.Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.Why apply?
