WHAT WILL YOU DO :

This position oversees food quality and organization of stations. Assists on stations, prepares and follows daily prep sheets and recipes according to Chefs / FoodPro, monitors product on lines. Maintains a high degree of pace and intensity for long periods of time and strong time awareness and management.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent with three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Requirements :

Previous higher education foodservice experience.

ServSafe certified.

Physical Requirements : Extended standing, walking, ability to bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.

Ability to work in all temperature conditions.

Ability to lift 35 pounds.

Flexible schedule to include nights and weekends.
