Core Impact

• Design and develop new tooling and fixtures tailored to process needs.
• Draft full die designs for forging, stamping, and related methods to satisfy product specs.
• Engineer stage sequences for single and progressive operations—cutting, punching, forming—and select the correct die sets.
• Choose and incorporate purchased components (e.g., die sets, bushings) within the design.
• Deliver scale drawings with precise contours and dimensions for manufacturing and assembly.
• Support production setup and tryout of new dies; assess readiness or redesign requirements.
• Coordinate closely with supervisors and peers to align on priorities and actions.
• Execute work in 3D CAD—SolidWorks strongly preferred.
