The Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager plays a dual role in leading day to day food and beverage functions while also supporting the seamless execution of events throughout the hotel. This hands-on position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing team talent, and maintaining operational excellence. The role oversees our Restaurant, Lobby Bar, and Banquet operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting in the planning, setup, and coordination of special events in collaboration with the Culinary, Banquet, and Event teams. Additional duties include managing schedules, forecasting, inventories, and payroll across both Food & Beverage and Events, ensuring full compliance with Hyatt standards and local regulations. This position also monitors food and beverage cost controls to achieve financial goals and leads team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence and care. Salary Range : $57,000-$65,000
