Giving clear and decisive orders to employees to maintain an optimized workflow and schedule. Multitasking / follow up on multiple service jobs simultaneously to track progress and manage deadlines effectively. Driving high standards for efficiency and customer communication. Contributing to a positive, clean, and productive shop environment. 7 - 10 years of experience in the auto industry as a service manager 7+ years of managing experience in the automotive business Commitment and ability to reach goals and meet quota Ability to supervise work quality, give orders to employees, follow up, and multitask
