Key Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal profiles

Research, map, and build strong talent pipelines across multiple disciplines

Craft compelling outreach messages to engage candidates

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)

Strong sourcing toolkit including Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media tactics

Curiosity and creativity in finding and engaging talent

Hustle mindset : fast, organized, and resourceful

Bonus : experience sourcing in energy, manufacturing, or technical industries
