Responsibilities :
- Report to the Service & Parts Director ensuring that the service department meets all financial & CSI oriented goals
- Manage warranty repairs & warranty claims so the dealership is paid is timely fashion
- Monitoring the condition and inventories of all tools and maintenance equipment
- Establishing promotional service prices
- Ensuring that the department adheres to all company-established and legal guidelines
- Manage staff of Service Advisors, Technicians & Porters
- Manage used cars repairs and making sure they get through the shop in a timely fashion
Qualifications :
- Ability to work hard with limited supervision
- Must be able to manage in a fast-paced work environment
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- Pass pre employment background check and drug screen
