We are a small personal injury firm in the Clear Lake area with a growing practice. We are looking to hire a full-time law clerk to answer discovery. This requires interviewing clients, facilitating the gathering and signing of various documents and drafting objections and responses to written discovery requests. Legal experience is not necessary. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and writing skills and attention to detail. Spanish-speaking is a must. Law students are encouraged to apply but is not a requirement.
