As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence at a dynamic technology and media location. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, assisting with access control, and delivering outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report irregularities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.

Communicate observed issues or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.

Complete required documentation such as incident and daily activity reports in a timely manner.

Support access control procedures and check identification as necessary based on site-specific policies.

Remain visible and approachable to employees, visitors, and / or guests, offering assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience in customer service is preferred.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
