Job descriptionExperience : Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (mechanical or industrial setting a plus). Technical Skills : Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers). Attention to Detail : Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly. Mechanical Aptitude : Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function. Team Player : Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors. Reliability : Consistent attendance and strong work ethic.
Assembly Operator
Job description :
- Assemble components according to specifications following our standard operation procedure
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions
- Inspect finished parts and for accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
