Mariposa Therapy is a local, therapist-owned and operated company providing school-based and outpatient services across Arizona. For more than 15 years, we’ve built trusted partnerships with schools, supporting students while creating a supportive home for therapists to grow.

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a flexible, hybrid role as a Supervisor & Evaluator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, completing evaluations, and contributing their expertise—while maintaining balance and flexibility in their schedule.

    • Responsibilities

  • Complete educationally relevant OT evaluations (standardized + informal measures)
  • Write comprehensive IEP / MET documentation and present at meetings
  • Provide clinical supervision to COTAs and support to schools
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support professional development and ensure high-quality OT services

  • Current Arizona OT License (Arizona Board of OT Examiners)
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP)
  • School-based OT experience required (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Supervisory experience a plus
