Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a contract basis . This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Workday expertise is essential , as this individual will serve as a hands-on resource within the HR systems environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain employee data in Workday , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure timely and compliant transactions.
- Generate Workday reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and leadership decisions.
- Assist with HR audits, compliance, and performance management initiatives.
- Contribute to process improvement projects across the HR function.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity.Proven experience with Workday (Core HCM required; Absence Management preferred).Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Apply or email your resume to lh@hoxtoncircle.com to learn more.
