Job description

Job Description

HR Analyst - Contracted position with a chance for permanent conversion and a salaried increase after 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify employee training gaps
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs and materials
  • Manage and maintain learning systems and data tracking
  • Analyze training effectiveness and prepare reports for leadership
  • Support compliance and ensure HR policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Experience or education in Training & Development
  • Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Learning for certifications and talent reviews
