Solar Energy Solutions is looking for an on-site Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management in a rapidly growing small company environment. They will serve as a resource for managers to help resolve and track employee issues and determine a plan of action.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage the recruitment and selection process by creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Generate official internal HR related documents
- Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
- Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
- Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Evaluate employee performance and appraise their pay scale accordingly
- Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and address employee grievances
- Coach and support supervisory level management in the performance and skills management of their teams
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of HR administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Prior work with Paychex Flex is desirable.
