About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Erie, PA. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing facility. Your work will directly impact the safety and efficiency of our operations, making attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols critical to success in this role. You will work closely with other members of our electrical team to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 3-5 years in electrical trade (industrial preferred)
• Have an understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Ability to work from sketches, drawings and verbal instructions
• Ability to work with multiple departments
• Ability to understand simple math functions including decimals and fractions
• Ability to climb repeatedly and work from heights off ladders, platforms. scaffolds and aerial lifts
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installing equipment, including wiring, and conduit
• Exposure to fumes / smoke from burning, paint vapors and dust
• Prolonged walking / standing, sometimes on slippery or uneven surfaces
• Moderate to heavy lifting
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
