\n\n- Are you an experienced RN looking for a fulfilling opportunity in skilled nursing? \n- We have an exciting position available for you with a focus on quality patient care! \n- If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, this role is for you!\n\n

Key Responsibilities :

\n\n - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care. \n- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in line with approved nursing techniques, policies, and standards of care. \n- Document patient care accurately and in accordance with standards. \n- Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by the physician, including instruction for patients and families. \n- Participate in unit performance improvement activities and embrace shared governance initiatives. \n- Leverage your clinical expertise to support other units and departments in enhancing the patient's longitudinal care plan. \n- Apply critical thinking to ensure patient safety and improve the patient experience, escalating concerns to the appropriate chain of command when necessary. \n\n

Shift Information :

\n\n- Day shift schedule available. \n- Will rotate between weekday and weekend shifts. \n- Schedule requires one day shift per week. \n- Holiday coverage is required. \n\n

Qualifications :

\n\n - Current WI RN license and CPR certification required. \n- Minimum of less than 1 year experience in a nursing role. \n- Must be willing to float to other inpatient units based on census needs. \n\n
