As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, prioritizing calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and location
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Coordinate with the team to allocate resources for emergency calls
• Monitor field technicians' progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician activities
