Customer Service Representative

Pay - $21-26 / hr plus bonus potential
About the Role :
We're seeking a motivated and team-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's growing Customer Service Team at their distribution company based in Toledo. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services, and helping resolve any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities :
- Process daily sales orders from various channels including EDI, web, and phone
- Handle order-related documentation : picklists, shipping labels, invoices, and import / export data
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Track and update order statuses, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the process
- Provide general support to the sales and marketing teams as needed
What We're Looking For :
College degree or equivalent experience preferred1–3 years of experience in customer service or client supportExperience with EDI order processing is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt to a variety of customer personalities and needsHighly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyA collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
