About The Position

Join the outpatient pharmacy team at Maple Grove, serving patients in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Pharmacists review and verify medication orders, monitor therapies, perform clinical consults, and supervise dispensing activities.

Responsibilities :

• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosing, and safety.
• Monitor therapies for interactions, allergies, and adverse effects.
• Perform kinetic drug dosing and medication reconciliation.
• Provide consults to providers and nursing staff.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians’ dispensing activities.
