Director of Marketing – Assisted Living Community

Location: Macon, Georgia
Pay Range: $60,000 – $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Are you a motivated and caring professional with a passion for helping seniors find the right place to call home? We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the outreach, sales, and marketing efforts for our assisted living community.

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing and sales strategies to support occupancy growth. This role focuses on lead generation, community partnerships, effective follow-up, and guiding prospective residents through the move-in process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing, sales, and outreach strategies to achieve census goals

• Build strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, referral sources, and community organizations

• Manage inquiries, schedule and conduct tours, and support prospects through the full sales cycle

• Attend and coordinate events, presentations, and networking activities

• Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Collaborate with leadership on marketing plans and community engagement initiatives

• Promote a warm, welcoming environment for prospective residents and visitors

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, or sales (required)

• Strong understanding of assisted living regulations and referral networks (preferred)

• Demonstrated success in census development or community outreach

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet sales goals

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
