This role is part of the Mr. Rooter Plumbing team within Neighborly, a network focused on home and business services with over 40 years of experience. We are seeking someone who can bring industry expertise and a passion for teaching to develop the next generation of home service professionals.

Responsibilities

• Providing initial and follow-up training for franchise business owners, their office staff, and their technicians on all matters pertaining to field operations.
• Planning, developing, and maintaining technical training programs, manuals, and multimedia aids to meet industry standards and brand goals.
• Collaborating with the Mr. Rooter team to develop brand strategies, analyze training effectiveness, and build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Researching, testing, and evaluating new products and equipment for field effectiveness before rolling them out to the franchise system.
