This Senior Low Voltage & Cabling Supplier Manager will be responsible for building and expanding the partnerships and programs with key strategic suppliers who support the cabling and low voltage work required to deliver capacity in OCI's data centers worldwide. This role will be responsible for ensuring OCI partners with suppliers who maximize quality, timeliness, cost effectiveness, region reach, and reliability to deliver capacity on time and within budget.

Position Location : Prefer candidates based near Austin, TX, Nashville, TN, or San Antonio, TX, open to qualified candidates in any US-location.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all low voltage and cabling vendors, both domestic and international
• Negotiate rates, contracts, short term and long-term commitments with suppliers
• Establish Vendor Performance Management Program for consistent performance monitoring across all low voltage suppliers
• Program manage monthly and quarterly business reviews to review vendor performance
• Conduct competitive analysis of suppliers, cost models, market analysis and supply chain alternatives
• Provide ongoing monitoring and oversight to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of suppliers
• Recommend and qualify new suppliers that meet both partner, competitive cost and product standards
• Project manage new vendor onboarding and / or new hardware product onboarding
• Partner with Business Operations to forecast and optimize capex spend associated with suppliers
• Oversight or advise on ad-hoc strategic initiatives at the request of Oracle executive management
• May be responsible to work with procurement teams to ensure collection of supplier disputes

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
