ROLE:
We offer you paid training on the Toyota brand and product offerings.
In this role, you will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle.
By answering phone and internet inquiries, you will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing ability.
You will learn about the newest vehicles on the market and schedule appointments with one of our Sales Professionals.
This role focuses on generating appointments with our customers -- NOT selling tactics.
This position will have goals to meet & exceed for appointments made, held, and deals closed as a result.
You will utilize our CRM heavily.
No automotive experience is required.
Candidates who have worked in retail, hospitality, or the service industry are encouraged to apply.
