Work Schedule : Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite or traveling to job sites
Travel : Up to 40% (primarily within NY, NJ, PA, FL)
Compensation : $120,000 – $130,000 base salary + up to 15% bonus

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to lead multi-site retail and hospitality buildouts across key regional markets. This individual will play a crucial role in planning, budgeting, and executing commercial construction projects—primarily for locations involving high-volume commercial kitchens and restaurant settings.
You will join a high-performing Construction & Design team and take full ownership of projects from design through closeout. The ideal candidate is hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through turnover across multiple locationsOversee general contractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, and site conditions to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveryLead all permitting and compliance phases for assigned projectsCoordinate construction documentation with architects, engineers, and landlordsCommunicate project updates and risks to internal stakeholders and partnersMonitor the quality of workmanship and adherence to brand design standardsOversee procurement and logistics for owner-supplied items and FF&ETravel regularly to job sites to inspect work and troubleshoot in real timeWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field (required)2–5 years of general construction experienceMust have direct experience with restaurant, grocery, or hospitality-related constructionPrevious responsibility for large project budgets and store / restaurant rolloutsProficient in construction scheduling, estimating, and design softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsExperience using project management software (Procure and Project Mates preferred)Why Join Us?
