Key Responsibilities : Assist with ADLs : bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration) Observe and report changes in residents' condition Provide emotional support and companionship Maintain a clean and safe environment Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning Accurately document care Follow all safety and infection control protocols Requirements : Active CNA Certification (state-specific through the Department of Health) At least 1 year of CNA experience in a long-term care or clinical setting Current PPD or chest X-ray Up-to-date physical examination Proof of COVID-19 vaccination Two professional references Willingness to complete OSHA questionnaire and dementia care training during the intake process Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 1 - 3 years Salary : $20 - $23 Hourly Bonus / Commission : No
