Job Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable transactions manually, including sorting, matching, coding, and entering invoices into the accounting system.
• Perform detailed 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Process and reconcile freight invoices, ensuring proper allocation of expenses and adherence to contract terms.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other accounts payable-related matters in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable workflows and contribute to the implementation of streamlined procedures.
